These terms prioritize protecting Ruthless Paintball Products ("we," "us," or "our") while ensuring clear expectations for both parties. These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. Terms and Conditions

Commencement of Work

Work begins upon acceptance of a Statement of Work (SoW), payment of the required non-refundable deposit, and acknowledgment of these terms. Submission of materials or requests constitutes agreement to these terms.

Payment Terms

• A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required to initiate any project. This deposit covers resource allocation, research, and preliminary design work.
• The remaining balance is due prior to final delivery.
• If the Client cancels or delays the project, the deposit will not be refunded.
• Orders with waived artwork fees must be placed within 14 days of artwork completion to remain valid.
• Projects include up to three revisions unless otherwise stated. Additional revisions will incur extra fees.

Intellectual Property and Portfolio Usage

• All design work remains the intellectual property of Ruthless Paintball Products until final payment is made. Upon payment, ownership transfers to the Client, excluding promotional rights retained by Ruthless Paintball Products.
• We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials once the Client has publicly launched the project.

Scope of Work

• Changes to the Scope of Work must be requested in writing. Ruthless Paintball Products reserves the right to adjust project timelines and pricing for any modifications or additional requests.
• If alterations are requested after sign-off, a new SoW will be issued with applicable fees.

Customer-Provided Materials

• We are not liable for delays, errors, or defects resulting from materials provided by the Client.
• Ruthless Paintball Products reserves the right to reject unsuitable materials and charge additional fees for corrections or replacements.

Approval and Proofing

• The Client is responsible for thoroughly reviewing and approving all proofs before production.
• Ruthless Paintball Products is not liable for errors (e.g., typos, design mistakes) once the Client has provided final approval.

Production Timeline

• Standard production time is 18-21 business days, excluding shipping. Rush orders may be accommodated with additional fees.
• Custom items (e.g., jerseys, pants, headbands) are non-refundable, even in cases of delayed production.

Color Variations

• Slight color variations may occur during printing and are not grounds for reprints or refunds.

Print Returns and Refunds

• Errors must be reported within 3 days of receiving the product. Returned items must be sent back within 10 days for evaluation.
• Reprints will require prepayment, and no refunds will be issued for approved proofs.

Liability and Indemnity

• Ruthless Paintball Products is not liable for indirect, consequential, or financial losses.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring all materials provided for use comply with copyright and legal requirements.

Force Majeure

• Ruthless Paintball Products is not responsible for delays or failure to deliver due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, supply chain interruptions, or labor disputes.

Confidentiality

• All sensitive information shared by the Client will remain confidential unless otherwise agreed in writing. Ruthless Paintball Products maintains the right to protect proprietary information shared during the course of the project.

Late Payments and Defaults

• All work remains the property of Ruthless Paintball Products until payment is received in full. Unpaid work may be repurposed or resold.
• Late payments may incur interest and legal action, if necessary.

Freelancers and Third-Party Contractors

• Freelance contractors engaged by Ruthless Paintball Products are bound by confidentiality and non-solicitation agreements for 36 months. Breaches will result in legal action.

Disclaimer

• Creative services inherently involve subjectivity; Ruthless Paintball Products is not liable for dissatisfaction due to differences in expectations versus outcomes.
• Information shared on our website is for general purposes and may not guarantee specific results.

Termination Policy

• If Ruthless Paintball Products cancels a project, the Client will receive a full refund of any deposit.
• If the Client cancels, all rights to designs, drafts, and concepts remain with Ruthless Paintball Products.
