We offer standard shipping for all orders within the United States. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Custom orders will be dispatched within 14 business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.
2. Returns and Exchanges
We take pride in the quality of our products and offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. 3. Conditions for Return
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be in their original, resalable condition with all tags attached. Returned items should be in the same condition as when received.
4. International Orders
All sales outside the United States are final. We do not accept returns for international orders. If returning an item from an international location, please reference your order number and clearly state your request for a return or exchange.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are non-refundable due to quality control and hygiene standards. This includes personalized and custom items such as jerseys, pants, dry-fits, headbands, and undershirts. We are unable to accept returns on these items. Please contact our customer service team before placing an order if you have any questions or concerns.
