Ruthless Paintball – Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

1. General Return & Exchange Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. Eligible non-custom items may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.

All returns must receive prior authorization from Ruthless Paintball before being sent back.


2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be new, unused, unwashed, and in resalable condition

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

  • Items must show no signs of wear, alteration, or damage

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or customer handling will not be accepted

Ruthless Paintball reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these standards.


3. Custom & Made-to-Order Products (Final Sale)

All custom and made-to-order products are FINAL SALE and non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Jerseys

  • Pants

  • Headgear

  • Dry-fits

  • Hoodies

  • Any item produced specifically to customer specifications

This policy applies regardless of production timelines, sizing preference issues, or subjective dissatisfaction.


4. Defects & Production Errors

If you believe your order contains a manufacturing defect or production error:

  • Issues must be reported within three (3) business days of delivery

  • Approved items must be returned for inspection within ten (10) calendar days

  • Only verified production errors qualify for reprint or replacement

  • Normal wear, sizing variance, or color variation inherent to print processes do not qualify as defects

Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, replacement or reprint orders require payment in full prior to production.


5. International Orders

All international sales are final.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for international shipments. If a return is authorized under exceptional circumstances, the package must include the order number and written approval, and all shipping, customs, and duty costs are the responsibility of the customer.
