Terms and Conditions
These are the standard terms and conditions of Ruthless Paintball Products (hereafter referred to as "Ruthless Paintball Products"). It is vital that you, the Client, read through and fully understand these terms and conditions before commencing any project with Ruthless Paintball Products. Note that Ruthless Paintball Products may alter these terms and conditions without notice. Contact us if you do not understand any of the terms and conditions in this document.
Commencement of Work
Agreement to work with Ruthless Paintball Products, submission of a Statement of Work (SoW), and payment of a deposit (if applicable) constitutes agreement to these terms and conditions.
Payment Terms
The Client agrees to pay a non-refundable deposit of $150.00 of the quoted amount to commence any project. This deposit becomes non-refundable once research, resource allocation, or design work has begun. The balance is payable prior to delivery. In the event the Client changes their mind, the initial $150.00 deposit is forfeited.
The project includes up to three revisions. Orders with waived artwork fees must be placed within 14 days.
Shipping & Delivery
Domestic Orders: Standard shipping times are 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

International Orders: Shipping times vary by country and may take up to 14-21 business days. Customs fees and additional charges may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.
Handling Timeline
Orders typically have a handling time of 3-5 business days before they are shipped. This time allows us to carefully prepare your items for shipment, ensuring they meet our quality standards.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Changes: Changes to your order must be made within 24 hours of placement. After this period, we cannot guarantee that changes can be accommodated.
Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, the order is considered final and subject to our standard return policy.

Work Case Studies & Design Samples
The Client agrees to allow Ruthless Paintball Products to showcase any/all work created during the project as part of Ruthless Paintball Products' portfolio. Ruthless Paintball Products will only display project work once the product/service has been publicly launched.
Force Majeure
Ruthless Paintball Products shall not be liable for any failure or delay in supply or delivery of products/services where such failure or delay is due to causes outside the reasonable control of Ruthless Paintball Products. This includes, but is not limited to, war, natural disasters, strikes, lockouts, industrial disputes, government restrictions, transport delays, fire, power outages, failure of hosting suppliers, breakdown of plant, theft, vandalism, riots, civil commotions, accidents, or acts of terrorism.
Scope of Work
Ruthless Paintball Products may make changes to the Scope of Work, design, materials, or functionality of the deliverables or services to comply with legal or regulatory requirements, prevent infringement of third-party rights, or improve quality or performance. If the Client wishes to make alterations, they must provide full written specifications and any further information required. Ruthless Paintball Products will either decline the alterations or submit a quotation for the changes.
Customer Materials
If Ruthless Paintball Products is supplied with Customer Materials or requested to use specific materials, Ruthless Paintball Products will not be liable for any delays, additional costs, defects, or errors caused by these materials. Ruthless Paintball Products may reject unsuitable materials and charge additional production costs incurred due to defects or unsuitability.
Legal Authorization for Publications
The Client is responsible for obtaining all necessary consents, clearances, and authorizations required by law for the use of Deliverables. The Client ensures that the use of their own or third-party materials does not infringe on any third-party Intellectual Property Rights.
Excess Work
Excess work involves additions or changes to the finished work after sign-off by the Client. Alterations or changes outside the original SoW will be addressed with a new SoW and associated costs.
Liability & Litigation
Ruthless Paintball Products indemnifies the Client from claims for injury or death to persons or damage to property caused by the services performed, except where caused by the Client's negligence. Ruthless Paintball Products is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Approval of Final Work
The Client is responsible for proofreading and approving all final copy before production. Ruthless Paintball Products accepts no responsibility for typographical errors, spelling mistakes, or incorrect information after Client approval.
Copyright
Ruthless Paintball Products retains full ownership of design concepts and materials produced until final payment. Once payment is received, ownership rights transfer to the Client. Ruthless Paintball Products may use paid-for concepts for promotional purposes.
Termination Policy
If a project is canceled by Ruthless Paintball Products, the deposit will be refunded in full. If canceled by the Client, ownership of all copyrights and original artwork remains with Ruthless Paintball Products.
Print Returns and Refunds
Ruthless Paintball Products is not responsible for errors after Client approval. The Client must notify Ruthless Paintball Products of errors within 3 days of product acceptance and return the product within 10 days for assessment. Payment for reprinted projects must be prepaid.
Print – Color Variations
Color variations may occur in printing. No reprints will be done at the expense of Ruthless Paintball Products due to color variations.
Custom Items
Custom items such as jerseys, pants, and headbands are non-refundable, even if production timelines are missed. Custom products cannot be returned to inventory.
Website Design Post-Completion Alterations
Ruthless Paintball Products will make one set of minor changes at no extra cost within 4 days of the review period. Minor changes include small textual changes and adjustments to the placement of items.
Confidentiality
Employees of Ruthless Paintball Products shall not divulge any confidential information of the Client without prior written consent.
Late Payments & Default
Ruthless Paintball Products retains all copyright for work performed until full payment is received and reserves the right to reuse or resell work in the case of non-payment.
Amendments to Terms and Conditions
All amendments to the terms and conditions must be provided in writing by the Client and signed by an authorized representative of Ruthless Paintball Products.
Freelance Contractors and Confidentiality
All contractors are bound by confidentiality and non-solicitation agreements for 36 months. Breaches will be prosecuted.
